Ingredients:
1- 1 lb chicken breast
2- 1-2 cup cabbage(finely sliced)
3- 1 cup carrot (thin Julian slices)
4- 1/4 cup green onion (chopped)
5- 1 small onion thin slices
6- 1 tbsp garlic
7- Salt 1/2 tsp
8- Black paper 1/2 tsp9- 1 tbsp soy sauce
10- 1 tsp red chili flakes
11- Egg
12- As required for frying
How To Make:
1- Wash and clean chicken breast and sprinkle pinch of salt and black pepper on it.And let it marinate for 20 mints.
2- Add 2 tbsp oil on medium high flame.And cook chicken breast each side for 2 mints.
3- Cover the pan with lid and cook it for 5 min .When chicken cooked shred it .
4- In the same pan saute garlic for 30 seconds and add Onion and cook until soften .
5- Add cabbage and mix well and add carrots and shredded chicken and mix it well.
6- Add soy sauce,salt ,black pepper ,red chilli flakes and green onion and mix well.Now dish out and let it cool for 20 min.
7- Take spring roll sheet and put 1 tbsp mixture on it brush its sides with beaten egg and fold tightly avoiding any air pockets.Roll tightly.
8- Heat oil in deep pan on medium/high flame fry the rolls until they become golden brown from both sides..
9- Yummy delicious rolls are ready to serve.
