Ingredients:
1- 1/2 cup skim milk
2- 1/2 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
3- 5-6 fresh strawberries
4- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
5- 1 artificial sweetener
How To Make:
1- wash and cut strawberries
2- Put all ingredients in mixer/blender.
3- Blend well till than 5 minutes.
4- You can also add some soaked chia seeds at the end.
5- Best healthy and low sugar smoothie is ready to serve.
