Ingredients:
1- 3 Medium sized potatoes (Boiled)
2- 1 Small carrots ( finely chopped)
3- 1 Small onion (finely chopped)
4- 2 Tbsp coriander leaves (fine chopped)
5- 1/2 Tsp Ginger and garlic paste
6- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds(white)
7- 2 Tbsp all purpose flour (maida)
8- 1-1/2 Cup bread crumbs
9- 1 Tsp coriander seeds (powder)
10- 1/4 Tsp chaat masala
11- 1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
12- Salt to taste
13- 1/2 lemon
14- Oil to deep fry
How To Cook:
1- Peel and mash potatoes finely.
2- Add Carrot,onion,coriander leaves,red chilli powder,chaat masala,coriander seeds powder,salt,ginger garlic,2 tbsp bread crumbs,sesame seeds and lemon juice and make a good mix of all ingredients .
3- In a bowl mix all purpose flour and almost 80 ml water.Mix until flour dissolves completely without any lumps.
4- Make small balls of potatoes mixture. Dip potato in flour mixture and roll in bread bread crumbs. and make balls of all mixture by repeating same process and left for 20 mints.
5- Heat oil in a deep pan for frying keep flame to moderate .
6- Once oil hot put potatoes ball carefully and fry all sides until they turn golden brown and remove with slotted spoon.and drain them with tissue prepared plate.
7- serve them by putting shashlek stick or tooth picks like a lollipop.
