Ingredients:
1- 250 gm chicken(boiled and shredded)
2- 3 Tbsp Olive oil
3-1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds (zeera)
4- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
5- 1/2 tsp whole spices powder
6- 1 tsp red chili powder
7- 1 tsp salt
8- 1 tbsp green onion (chopped)
9- 4 tbsp coriander leaves(chopped)
10- 2 medium green chilies (fine chopped)
11- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
12- 1 Medium onion (chopped)
13- Oil for frying
14- frozen samosa sheets as required

How To Make:
1- Heat olive oil in a pan add cumin seeds,onion cook until onions soften.
2- Add shredded chicken black pepper,whole spice powder,red chili powder, salt, green onions,coriander leaves,green chilies and mix well and cook for 5 min.let it cool for 20 mints
3- Add some water to all purpose and make a smooth paste.
4- Take samosa sheet apply flour paste on its corners.take almost 1 tbsp chicken mixture and fold it in samosa shape tightly.
5- Heat oil in deep pan on medium flame and deep fry samosas untill golden brown.
6- Serve with chili garlic sauce.
