Moong Daal Dahi Baray

Ingredients:
1- 1 Kg Yogurt
2- 1/2 cup sugar
3- 1/2 tsp salt
For Sweet Sauce(Chutney):
1- 8 Dates (Deseeded)
2- 1 Cup Tamarind pulp
3- 1/4 Cup Jaggery
4- 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
5- 1/2 tbs Red Chili 
6- 1/2 tsp Dried Ginger powder
For Dumplings (phulki):
1- 1 Cup Yellow lentil (soaked)
2- 2 pinch Baking Soda
3- 1 Tbs All Purpose Flour
4- 1 Tsp Red Chili ( crushed)
5- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
6- 1/2 tsp Salt
7- 1/2 Cup Water

How To Make:
1-Yogurt Mixture:
 Add salt and sugar to yogurt and mix well until it become smooth texture and set a side.
2-Preparation Of Sweet Sauce(Chutney):
Remove seeds of dates and put them in blender.Also add add all chutney ingredients in a blender,Blend them for 5-6 minutes or until they are well combined.Set a side in a serving bowl.
3-Preparation Of Dumplings:
Add all dumpling ingredients to the blender and blend well until smooth batter is formed and rest it for 15- 20 minutes.
Heat oil in deep pan for frying dumplings.With medium sized spoon drop batter in oil and fry until golden brown.
Take 2 cup of water in a bowl add 1 tbs salt stir to mix well . add fried dumplings in to salted water and left for 15 min..
Squeeze with soft hand to remove excessive water.
Spread dumplings in a deep and flat dish.Now spread sweet yogurt on dumplings. add sweet sauce,dahi bara masala to taste and garnish with papri. Yummy dahi baray are ready to serve
