ingredients:
1- 1/2 kg chicken pieces
2- 2 cups chick peas
3- 2 tomatoes
4- 2 onions
5- 3 green chillies
6- 3 tbs ginger/garlic pate
7- 1 /4 bunch coriander leaves
8- 1 25 grams yogurt
9- 1 tsp turmeric powder
10- 1 tbsp red chili powder
11- 1 tbsp ground hot spices
12- 1 tbsp ground cumin seeds
13- 1 tbsp ground coriander seeds
14- 1/2 cup clarified butter
15 - salt to taste
Method:
1- Boil the chickpeas finely slice tomatoes, onions and green chilies.
2- Heat clarified butter in pot,ad onion and fry till golden brown.
3- Now add the chicken pieces and tomatoes and cook
4- Add yogurt, green chilies , coriander leaves ,salt and all Spices and fry the chicken pieces little more .
5- When the pieces are properly cooked and clarified butter separates add chickpeas and covered with lid and left on very low flame for 5 min your dish is ready to be served.
