Ingredients:
1- Skim Milk----- 2-1/2 cup
2- Corn Starch ------- 3 tbsp
3- Vanilla --------1-1/2
4- Sugar substitute to taste
5- Strawberries----- 2 (cut in four pieces)
6- Fresh Mint Leaves----- 2-3
How To Make:
1- Pour 2 cup milk in to a deep saucepan and let it boil on medium flame.
2- In remaining milk add corn starch and vanilla and mix well.
3- when milk come to the boil, make flame very low and add corn starch mixture in to it .mix well. and cook on low flame for 4- 5 minutes or until it become thick.
4- When it is thick dish out and garnish with strawberries and mint leaves and serve chilled.
