Healthy Diabetic Friendly Pratha

Ingredients:
1- 1 cup whole wheat flour(make a dough)
2- 2 tbsp gram flour
3- 1 tsp chilli powder
4- 1 tsp coriander powder
5- 1 tsp turmeric powder 
6- 1 tsp cumin powder
7- 1 cup split yellow gram(soaked over night)
8- 2 tbsp split green gram(soaked over night)
9- 1/2 cup water
10- 1/2 spring onion
11- Salt to taste
How To Make:
1- Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame and fry whole wheat flour for 30 sec  until its smelling good .
2- Now add all spices and mix well for 2 mints. 
3- After mixing spices add soaked lentils and mix well and add water and cook on light flame until water dried.
4- Make small balls of flour dough .
5- press ball with soft hand and spread it  and put gram mixture to it and roll it with rolling pin to give it round shape.
6- spray some oil in non-stick pan and fry pratha in it.
7- serve it with red chilli chutni and fat free yogurt.
