Delicious And Healthy Chicken Jalfrezi


Ingredients:
1- 1 kg boneless chicken                                         
2- 1 cup Yogurt(beaten)                                            
3-1 tsp Ground red chilies                                     
4-1 tbsp  ginger garlic paste                                        
5- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder                                           
6- 1 egg                                                                
7- 1 medium onion        
8- 2 medium tomatoes                                                        
9- 3-4 green chilies                                                
10- 2 capsicums                                                    
11- salt  to taste                                                             
12- olive oil  as required                                                                   
How To Make:
1-put chicken pieces ,salt, turmeric powder ,1/2 tsp red chilies, and egg in a bowl and mix well.
2-Heat oil in a pot and fry the chicken pieces .when they become golden take them out of the pot. 
3-Put ginger /garlic paste in the same pot and stir fry for 2 minutes . Add yogurt,1/2 tsp red chilies turmeric powder hot spices and salt  and mix well. cook for 5-7 minutes on medium flame.
4-Now add the chicken pieces to this mixture along with capsicums, de-seeded tomatoes and onion. cook till the mixture is dry.
5-garnish the chicken with  finely chopped green chilies and than then put and leave for 3-5 minutes . chicken jalfrezi is ready serve with rice....
