Ingredients:
1- 1 packet sweet biscuits
2- 1/4 ground cinnamon
3- 1/ 4 tsp ground nut meg
4- 1/3 cup butter
5- 2 eggs
6- 3/4 cup castor sugar
7- 2 tbsp lemon juice
8- 1-1/2 tbsp gelatin
9- 3 tbsp Water
10- 1 cup cream
11- 1 cheese cream
12- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essene
13-strawberries as required
How To Make:-
1- Brush a spring from pan with butter . crush the biscuits in a blender.
2- Mix crushed biscuits, butter,cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl.
3- Put this mixture in the pan and with help of a glass press it down firmly. keep in the fridge to cool.
4- Use an electric beater to beat the eggs yolks ,sugar, cream, cream cheese, vanilla essence and lemon juice.
5- Mix gelatin in warm water and add to the mixture.
6- Beat the egg whites in a bowl till stiff peaks from. Add the egg yolk mixture in this and beat well.
7- Take the spring from pan out out of the fridge and spread the mixture on it .And keep in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
8- Take cake out of the pan and garnish with strawberries and serve chilled.
