ingredients
1- 2 Chicken Breast (cut into small cubes)
2- 2 red capsicums (cubes)
3- 2 tbsp papaya past
4- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
5- 2 clove garlic cloves (chopped)
6- 2 lemon
7- 1/2 cup fresh cream
8- Black pepper To Taste
9- salt to taste
10- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
How To Cook:
1- Marinate chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, ginger, garlic past papaya past and lemon juice for 1 hour.
2- Before placing the chicken pieces in a steamer rub them with a table spoon of oil then steam ..
3- remove seed from the capsicums and grind them with a chopped garlic clove and half cup of water.
4- In a frying pan heat 3 tbsp of oil. add remaining chopped garlic and make golden brown then add the capsicum paste ,black pepper, salt and fresh cream leave on high flame to form thick sauce.
5- Put the chicken on a dish pour the capsicum sauce over it and serve.
